About ADL Fashion Week
ADL Fashion Week is Adelaide’s premier fashion festival, championing South Australia’s fashion industry and creating opportunities for designers, retailers, creatives and fashion lovers to connect, collaborate and grow.
Each year, fashion moves beyond the runway and into Adelaide’s streets, retail precincts, cultural spaces and hospitality venues through a city-wide program of runways, showcases, workshops, conversations, shopping, dining, sustainability-led experiences and parties.
Returning from 7–11 October 2026 for its fifth year, ADL Fashion Week will present more than 30 events across Adelaide and North Adelaide, including five signature runways. Connected by this year’s campaign, The Threads Between Us, the festival celebrates the people, places and creative connections shaping fashion in South Australia.
ADL Fashion Week brings audiences closer to fashion while creating a platform for emerging and established designers, labels and creative talent.
Through collaborations with city businesses, venues, industry partners and cultural organisations, the festival encourages visitation, supports local economic activity and strengthens Adelaide’s identity as a distinctive fashion and creative destination.
ADL Fashion Week is presented by the Adelaide Economic Development Agency (AEDA), a subsidiary of City of Adelaide, and supported by the South Australian Fashion Industry Association (SAFIA).
Working closely with businesses, industry groups, state government agencies and other relevant organisations, AEDA delivers a range of programs designed to stimulate the city’s economic growth with a focus on business growth, investment attraction, growing the visitor economy, residential growth, marketing the city as a whole and promoting Rundle Mall as Adelaide’s premier shopping destination.
